Shipping, Curbside Pickup & Returns
Orders ship Mon-Fri. Every effort will be made to ship orders same day if placed by 1pm PST on a shipping day.
All orders ship via USPS. When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Sweet Paper is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please be sure your shipping address is entered correctly.
On rare occasions, items may be out of stock. We will contact you regarding a replacement or refund if any of your items are unavailable.
Orders may be picked up at our store in La Jolla, CA, simply choose curbside pickup at checkout. Pickup is available Mon-Sat from 10am-5pm at 7660 Fay Avenue, Suite A, La Jolla, CA 92037.
Every effort will be made to have orders ready within 1-2 hours. When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email.
Orders will be waiting for you inside the store. If you are in our parking lot, we will run your order out to you if possible - call us at 858.456.1446 when you arrive.
Sweet Paper does not currently accept returns or exchanges through our online store. If you receive an incorrect item or your product is damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue.
