Shipping, Curbside Pickup & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are currently shipping on Mon, Wed and Fri. Every effort will be made to ship orders same day if placed by 12pm PST on a shipping day.

All orders ship via USPS. When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Sweet Paper is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please be sure your shipping address is entered correctly.

On rare occasions, items may be out of stock. We will contact you regarding a replacement or refund if any of your items are unavailable.

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Orders may be pickup up at our store in La Jolla, CA, simply choose curbside pickup at checkout. Pickup is available Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat from 11am - 3pm at 7660 Fay Avenue, Suite A. 

Every effort will be made to have orders ready within 1-2 hours. hen you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. One your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email. Please do not come to the store before we have confirmed your order is ready.

We will not bring your order out to you. Orders will be waiting for you at our front door. Please be sure to bring your ID.

 

RETURNS

Sweet Paper does not currently accept returns or exchanges through our online store. If you receive an incorrect item or your product is damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue.
